In order to provide the system to meet the customers' requirements, an understanding must be gained of immediate and future needs. We will always discuss and prepare our proposal with you.

Invariably, these discussions will include a site survey. ASCTEC Online Limited has a number of pre-sales staff who will work closely with the customer prior to designing and presenting the solution and will retain that contact throughout the installation.
